Giuseppe Siniscalchi participated to the XXX Convention of the “Giordano Dell’ Amore” Observatory on the relationship bewteen law and economics in welfare systems at Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan.

Giuseppe Siniscalchi highlighted the importance of art for welfare, dialoguing with prof. Adolfo Ceretti who replied by citing Abreu and “El sistema”.
